Where did my strategy go?

Hi,

I just installed NT 6 today. I am using OpenTick data feed. I wrote a strategy, and it appeared in the Strategies tab of the control center. On restarting NT, it has disappeared. I can see it in strategy analyzer, but not in the strategies tab. How do I get it back again?

Go through the same steps you did the 1st time. "Running" strategies are terminated on NT shutdown and must be restarted.

The first time is when I actually created the strategy. Do I have to start again from scratch with creating it?

To "restart" your strategy you can right click on the strategies tab and select "New Strategy". A dropdown list will be available for you to choose a strategy to start.
