    Order Rejected

    Hello,

    I have just had a problem when my strategy generated an order, it was rejected.
    It is the second time in a row it happened to me. This happens since I upgraded to static SuperDOM.

    It says I have insufficient TT credits. I spoke to my broker Mirus and it says he TT credits are included. The thing is that I am not using the Static SuperDOM for this strategy.

    The 2 times it happened to me I was just connected to my other broker, IB, not Mirus, because as I said before I was not using the Static SuperDOM

    What should I do?

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.


    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
