Renko Brick size

Can I use a brick size smaller than 1 in a Renko chart? How to do it ?

foner68, no that's not possible for the reason that 1 represents the smallest increment already : one tick, the min price movement of the instrument.

Hi Bert,is there a way to switch Renko brick size quickly from the chart directly,skipping Dataseries window?

You can type directly on the chart to switch the data series.

For renko you'd type:

2RE

for a 2 renko

or

4RE

for a 4 renko.

Hey Matt,sorry for being off topic here,but couldn`t find anywhere else what i need.Maybe you can suggest on how to keep only price marker of the indicator and remove it from the chart?For e.g.,if i plot SMA on the chart,i want to keep its marker only and remove the SMA itself off the chart,to avoid cluttering the chart.any advice appreciated.

You can change the moving average to the same color as the background color to your chart.

If the SMA is on top of the chart bars, you can click on the bars themselves and hold SHIFT while using the scroll wheel on your mouse to change the Z-order of these objects.

No,i have to studies by different colors,and i want to see its markers only.The issue is:two different colors markers.

It is not possible to completely remove the plot on the standard SMA and leave the chart markers.

If you have several studies, you can use the Databox to see the value of these indicators as well.
