Configuring NT to send e-mail on disconnection

Hello NT support,

I'm having trouble configuring NT to send mail upon disconnection (the manual is pretty vague about it). Some questions:

• Do I have to do any special configuration to make NT send an e-mail upon disconnection?
• What is the 'default' server? Is NT shipped with its own SMTP server? Does it use some external server?
• Can I configure NT to send alerts to multiple e-mail addresses? What separator do I use in the 'Mail alert messages to' box?
• In the Options-->Misc tab, I hit 'Test', and got a failure message. How can I troubleshoot?

Boaz, you would just need to enter the desired notification email under Tools > Options > Misc to get all Alert type events from the Log. The default server would be ours to use, yes this would be external.

You should be able to use the normal ; separator here as well

What error did you get exactly please when testing the setup?

Thanks for your help - I'm now able to send test email to multiple recipients.
Can I use the ';' separator with the SendMail() method as well?

Glad to hear - yes that same technique would work in the NS SendMail() call as well.
