I have active TDA account but it doesn't show up in NT

I have an active Ameritrade account. I know this because, I have access to my account via web pages and am running ThinkorSwim on my computer and the charts are updating in real time just perfectly. I also daily access my account via my iPad using the mobile version.

Why does Ameritrade not show up in the data provider list? I followed the directions to connect to my Ameritrade account but it doesn't even show up in the drop down list of brokers!
