Daily High/Low not appearing

Hi, I have "Show Daily High/Low markers" set to true in my DOM, but the prices are being highlighted. Likewise, in time & sales, when I get buys/sells at the high/low they are not being marked as such. This was working on Friday and no configuration has been changed. I'm with Velocity Futures on their TT price feed.

Can you please tell me what instrument you have selected in the SuperDOM and Time and Sales window. Do you experience the issue for all instruments you select?

Does it make a difference if you disconnect/reconnect Trading Technologies?

In addition, what NinjaTrader version do you have installed? You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About (7.0.1000.X).

I've tried re-connecting several times, but it hasn't fixed it.

Contract is FESX 03-12, but I'm seeing it for other contracts too. Version is 7.0.1000.8 (Live). Thanks.

Do you see a High and Low if you select the instrument in the Control Center-->Orders-tab?

Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find this file at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in the email you will send to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

In the Orders tab I have 2486 as the low, and "n/a" for the high. The 2486 low is still not appearing on the DOM ladder though.
