No data in columns

Aloha,
I just started using NT and am probably doing something wrong. My IB connection is there; I see data in charts, but when I try to populate the Market Analyzer with an instrument list, all I see are Bid Ask and Last data; nothing comes up in any of the columns I add - indicators/ average daily vol - all blank. What am I doing wrong?

Weekend prep

Hi Adam, I think you are helping me on email too - am puzzled here because am assumingmost traders prep their trades over the weekend and AH - I certainly need to do it that way -

Anyways I think something is going wrong as I had this problem on Friday during trading hrs and also, I've connected via Kinetic EOD as well and still no data. Maybe there is a box somewhere I have left unchecked?
