Adding cqg connection

I have NT lifetime multibroker license, I am trying to open another brokerage acct with a CQG broker. When I try to add cqg, it doesn't show as a provider in account connection settings. What is the reason? Multibroker license should support all brokers correct? I have been using NT with IB/zenfire broker and trying to add cqg broker.

Thanks for the forum post.

Please send a note into sales at ninjatrader dot com on this and include your license key. We may need to add this in for you as your license key may have been generated before CQG connection for NinjaTrader was allowed.
