Stop not filled

Hi,

today I went long the dow jones by 12641 and set my sell stopp order at 12628.
The market went down to 12622, but my stop didn´t get filled.

Why?

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Also, please let us know the exact time submitted for the entry order and stop order (if not submitted right after entry).

Thanks for submitting the trace and log files.

You submitted order's to NinjaTrader's built in Sim 101 account. This account does not exist anywhere besides your own NinjaTrader installation.

The order was working when you shut NinjaTrader down. With NinjaTrader closed, it has no way of monitoring the last traded price compared to stop price in order to trigger it.
