How to disable message boxes during backfill processing

I've got a Market Analyzer set up with 300 or so stocks connecting to TD Ameritrade. When it starts up there are always a few stocks that get an error message on 'Backfill', which I assume is getting historical data.

Is there an option that will let me suppress the message boxes? I'm not worried about some data being off, if some values are skewed I'll catch it when I look at charts, but the interruption is something I'd like to turn off.
