NT puts trades on wrong chart

hi guys,

im having trouble entering orders via interactive brokers' trader workstation. i usually have around 8 charts of different commodities opened and when i enter a bracket order in the TWS TN sometimes puts these orders on another chart. for example: i enter a trade on the "es" and my order appears on the euro chart. if i delete the order and reenter it randomly appears on one of my 8 charts. if i do it often enough it eventually comes up on the right chart.
is that a known problem?
has anyone any idea how to get this fixed?

ih8rain, welcome to our forums here - this is not a known issue at this time - can you please let us know which NT7 and TWS you are using in your setup?

i'm using NT 64-bit 7.0.1000.8 live and and TWS standalone version Build 922.6

You're welcome, for the current R8 build of NT7, please use the 917.8 of TWS - you could find it still for download in our connection guide - http://www.ninjatrader.com/Connectio...tion-Guide.php

Then please recheck your issue seen.

i downgraded to 917.8 (and rebootet thereafter). unfortunately the problem wasnt solved. do you have any other suggestions?
