            Connected now, but trades in the ES are showing up intermittent. Not the type of situation that I want to trade in.

            Update: Working better now.

                  We're getting some reports as well of restored connections, but so far nothing official we could post - we have escalated the case to ZenFire and it's been looked into with high priority.

                      Intermittent issues here as well.
                      Could you please send out a system wide message when this issue is resolved.

                      Since this is now being identified by various users, it is more than an isolated incident.

                        Connected since 7:34CT, but data gaps as reported by others that are not resolved by reloading.

                          My connection to Zen-Fire appears to be working, but I'm getting no historical data from 8:30 up to now. In other words, my historical data ends at 8:30 AM EST.

                              GM everybody, the connections appear stable again from ZenFire and client feedback as well as our testing here. At this point in time we unfortunately not know exactly what caused the issue, but I will post once I know more.

                              The data gap seen would unfortunately be expected, data recording would start again at the time of resolution.

                                Still no Zen data here since 4:44am Pacific....while another data stream is running OK....

                                edit....now 6:08....restarting Zen data now running OK....
