GC - not getting gold intraday historical data and real time data

I'm novice to Ninja, so sorry if my question will be plain vanilla:

I use esignal and I'm entitled to view gold and crude futures(night), namely GC J2=1( not GC J2) and CL H2=1 (not CL H2) in esignal terms and when I type gc 04-12 in ninja I get message I'm not entitled for the service. Help, please.

Thanks for the forum post.

Unfortunately NinjaTrader does not support the fee waived instruments due to the =1 sign. NinjaTrader is unable in our adapter to eSignal to request this data due to the strange symbol in use.

To get this data in Ninjatrader unfortunately you would need to purchase the live data to have it unlocked on the standard instrument map.
