Importing historical data unknown data provider

i found some historical Minute data of the fdax, however someone uploaded it and didn't post a lot of infos

Format:

"Date","Time","Open","High","Low","Close","TotalVo lume"
04/01/1993,09:33:00,1563.5,1564.0,1563.5,1564.0,2

does anyone know the Format and if so can me provide a link to a converter

I tried to to convert it with excel but that file contains several years of data and i had to split it up and excel adds in additional spaces after converting
