Market Replay Connection DL Problem

When I select market replay connection and try to download data I get an error that the server is busy, or nothing happens at all.

If I try to download from file->utilities download data is greyed out.

I used to be able to do market replay, what happened?

Also, is there a way to playback daily/weekly/monthly bars?

This message indicates that you're not able to reach our servers. Please restart your PC, modem and router, then try the download again.

I have some debugging experience and already tried that. I can also get data from other feeds (yahoo, google, kinetick)

Also is there a way to playback daily/weekly/monthly bars?

And a bonus question: is there a way I can easily zoom in/out (like ctrl+scroll wheel) or do I have to drag the x or y axis?

Additionally, please attach a copy of today's trace file.
You'll find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I Need would be named 'trace.20120126.txt'.
