kinetick feed problem

Hi, I have a problem with my 240 & 480mins kinetick forex data feed it's not in sync with my fxcm 4 & 8hr chart. The 5, 10, 15, 30, 60mins & daily feed is in sync.

I have no way to test FXCM here, but the Kinetick chart looks to be correct to me based on what I see here.

Different data feeds typically do produce different charts. Market data vendors each employ various methods for tick filtering, throttling and time stamping. As a result, no data stream is 100% identical and thus can cause subtle differences in charts.
