I am using Ninja Trader V7 with Zenfire and Dorman clearing. I use only the
chart trader. I generally trade the YM futures.

If I use an ATM strategy with only one set of OCO orders, say with one sell limit at +20
and one sell stop at -20, and say the buy order executes I understand that the OCO
order (+20 and -20) only exists on my computer.

Suppose I manually enter a sell stop order at -25, not related to any ATM strategy.

Will this sell stop order at -25 exist only with my computer or will it reside at a broker's
server??

Hello dathogg,

This order should be at the exchange or on the Zen-Fire servers. Please make sure you do not have OCO order enabled when you place the order.

If the order is not an OCO order, then when it is in a state "Accepted" or "Working" it is at the exchange. If the exchange does not support a specific order type, the order will be active on the Zen-Fire servers.
OCO (One Cancels Other) functionality is simulated on your local PC.

Where do I check for the OCO order enabled?

This must mean the OCO box that appears with a right click of the mouse for the chart trader??

Hello datahogg,

In Chart Trader, when OCO order in enabled you will see a green box with OCO inside of it under the bid and ask price.
Also, if you right click on Chart Trader and if there is a check next to OCO Order, then the function is enabled.

You can disable/enable OCO order by right clicking on Chart Trader and selecting OCO Order.
