Close part of an existing trade at "Time to flatten"

I have a trade via an ATM strategy with two targets and one stop.

If I don't get my first target by EOD (1:15 PST), I would like to close that part of the trade. Is there a way to use the "Time to flatten" and apply it just to the first target?

There is no option such as detailed by higher.high for the ATM Strategy Profit Target. This can however be created in an automated NinjaScript Strategy, but this would require custom programming.
