Can´t chart some futures

Hello,

first please sorry for my English. I use Activtrades as my broker and I activated some Futures which I would like to trade. But unfortunately not all of them are connected, I don´t know why. I asked Activtrades, but they say that the problem seams to be in the ninjatrader, because all items are activated. Please have a look in my attachments. The attachment "setup" is an example of mini gold future, which also doesn´t work.

I would be very happy if you could help me!

Please attach your configuration file to your e-mail.
You will find your configuration file in the following directory: (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
