Show open trade on chart trader?

I have just opened a AUDUSD trade using the DOM and it shows the pip profit/loss in the box at the bottom of the price ladder.

I have a AUDUSD chart open with the chart trader shown but it doesn't show the open trade in the chart trader - the entry price I entered on the DOM shows on the chart but no pip profit/loss shows in the chart trader.

Is there any way I can get the trade I opened in the DOM to show on the charttrader?

Hi Peter, what NT7 version would you be using here? Is this the latest R8 build we released?

If you're using the same account in both the DOM and ChartTrader the trade show be visualized on both windows. What broker / technology are you trading with here and which pip setting are you using with it (Tools > Options > Data).

Hi Bertrand,

I am using PFG BEST on a Sim101 Demo with the pip setting on PIP.

I initially placed the trade in the DOM, the open trade then showed on the chart but when I opened the Charttrader it didn't show the trade on the Charttrader.

After I emailed you at support I logged out of NT7, logged back in and the trade was showing on the DOM,Chart and Charttrader, so all is good now.
