Storing strategy list that is in the Control Panel

What is the most effective way of storing strategies that are applied in the control panel?

The reason I ask is this. If NT crashes and the database is deleted/reset etc. The list of strategies that I had in the strategies tab on the control panel disappears. Note these are not strategies applied to charts. They are just added to the control panel.

Even if I backup my system and restore, I do not get this list and I have to recreate it.

Under normal operation, if I save my workspace, quit NT and reload the strategies are there. Thank you.

Hi Tony,

The list of strategies in the control center strategies grid are stored in the database file. You can make a backup of the database file with File > Utilities > Backup, and the strategies will persist there.

After restoring the db, you will need a restart of NT before you will see these restored back to the grid.
