The colored bars are the same indicator?

Obviously some sort of trend indicator long green neutral grey and short red and bars are painted accordingly regardless of whether they are up or down bars.
There are loads of people / company's scripting these and you can do it yourself depending on your own criteria using C# code. Go to Tools - new ninja script - indicator.
Use the wizard or not depending on your inclination and choose to paint bars if your parameters are met.
Alternatively you could search Google etc for 'trend indicators' - might get a few million to look through though !!
