          Ive got gaps in zen/NT charts this morning,does back date etc. ??

                To capture a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Next save this file to your PC and attach within your reply.

                      I am having the same issues for the past 2 weeks, i cant connect at all to zenfire using zenfire demo from their website or any other zenfire demo.

                        Please contact your broker to verify the login credentials for your Zen-Fire connection are valid at this time.

                        If the account is still active and you still cannot connect please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris J" in the subject line.

                        In the message, please include the following:
                        1.) A link to this forum thread.
                        2.) Your Config file which can be found in Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 folder

                          Hi,

                          You can use Zen-Fire demo only ONE time, then you got a ''demo ban'' .

                          You can get CQG demo at AMP, as long as you wish. http://www.ampclearing.com/ninjatrader_cqg.php

                              • You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
                              • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

                              • You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
                              • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
