FDAX chart don't update with CQG

Hi, I am using Ninjatrader with CQG by AMP for real trading.
I noticed that I can't get a FDAX chart updated.
I did some search, Here is what I did:
1) reset instrument and restart ninjatrader
2) try to change session template to default 24-7
3)open a new chart
4)uninstall ninjatrader, delete all files in folder mydocument-ninjatrader 7, and reinstall.

None of obove worked.

Here I attached a picture of captured screen of the FDAX and ES.

After couple minutes I opened this chart, ES keeps update new bars, FDAX doesn't. I need to change the symbol to something else and change back to FDAX to make the chart update. Change of timeframe won't do any good.

What can I do next?

Welcome to our forums draguide, so you're not connecting to a CQG demo account then? We're aware of changes to the demo accounts that would unfortunately mean Eurex data is no offered there anymore, you would need to connect to a live account to receive this.

no, I am connected to live account.
I have been using Ninjatrader with CQG for a few months, never managed to make FDAX updates chart.
My broker is AMP trading.
BTW, after reinstall, I find my 6A not update just as FDAX.
I have to restore a ninjatrader backup to make 6A work again.

If you check into your log tab - would it note any issue about a subscription for the DHH symbol not being present?

I found these yellow messages (in attachment)
I guess yellow means something wrong?

Yes, those would be errors, for the FDAX data - please contact your broker to get this enabled for this account and should be able to receive it.

Ok, I will contact my broker.
How about 6A? I noticed the other 3 yellow message should be about 6A (aud future)?
I swith back to the backup when I installed a brand new ninjatrader, the 6a stops update chart.
I know I can restore to another working backup, I just really want to know.

Please go to Tools > Instrument Manager and search for your 6A Master instrument.

Double click on it to edit it's settings, go then to the Misc section and check the CQG entered mapping.

Is it entered as DA6 or would it contain a following space after the 6 as well? If that's the case please remove the space behind the 6 and ensure the map is DA6.

Then move the current 6A contract fresh to your instrument list and recheck if you can access the data then.

FDAX will not update

I am having the same problem with my FDAX data with CGQ and AMP trading. I see the data on the chart when I refresh, but its static and will not update dynamically in real time.

eminimon, do you connect to a live or demo account at AMP?

Right now I am connected to a demo account

The Eurex / FDAX is not included in the demos, but could be made available on a live account. So for the demo you would see historical data access from our servers, but no live updating data due to the missing entitlement for those account types.
