Can't Connect To ZenFire

    Can't Connect To ZenFire

    Any known issues?
    All of my other connections are working.
    I'm working with the latest version/build of NT.
    I've:
    1. Reset DB
    2. Remove current ZenFire connect and then created a new one.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for your post.

    Based on what I've seen today, there are not any major outages effecting Zen-Fire users. Please contact me with a message to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.

    In your message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.
    You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    The file I need would be named 'trace.20120115.txt'.
