Daily chart and older data not loading

Using NT7 and MBTrading. Daily and older data is not loading. I put "days to load" way out, tried reloading historical data, reset instrutments, made sure merge policy was on "MergeBackAdjusted" etc. Is it because the market is not active that I cannot download more data? Same for any instrument I try.

Im really not getting anything further back than a 30min chart.

Now today all of a sudden it seems to be working, or at least I can pull up the daily chart data. It still is not pulling up the weekly though. Seems to be maxing out around 1400 days of back data. Maybe its something on MBTradings end.
