Connecting problem

Hi,

I'm using MB trading API together with Ninja.

The following problem happened a lot:

When connecting to MB (File/connect/MB trading)

I'm geting an error - see the attachment.

The MB API is working well - I can see Forex numbers are running well.

I exiting and entering again

and only after many times it will be OK

Why is that ?

I will say that 60% of the time, the first connect is OK
but 40% of the time - I'm getting the above.

Thanks for your post.

As you're not changing any settings within the connection, this sounds to be some sort of issue with the network which you're running NinjaTrader from. Perhaps a reset of the modem, router and PC would help you.

There is no problem with the network.

All other is working well like the browser and such

Remember that I wrote that 60% of the time I have this problem, meaning
everytime that I'm open my computer I have this problem (the rest of the softwares are working well)

The ability to load web pages tells us little about your ability to reach MB Trading servers unfortunately.

Please reset the components I mentioned and let me know if the situation improves, declines or remains the same.
