Chart doesnt update for 1 symbol. Rithmic through Mirus.

I have one symbol what I have troulbes with. Once it was not feeding any data when I found it was set to ECbot instead of Globex. After you helped me with it I can get data.

But I only get Last and only if I open new chart or change from another symbol to YM 03-12. Once I have done that the chart doesnt update at all. And also if I link DOM to YM chart it shows nothing in the ladder.

I tried to delete all the data in the historical data manager and open it again - doesnt help.

account - live Mirus Rithmic feed.

session template - Default 24/7

i really want to avoid resetting NT data base etc.

can you help please?

Thank you for your note.

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Remove YM 03-12 from your Default instrument list and add it back in
• Reconnect

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
