pip or 1/2 pip

Hello,

I want to be able to set order on steps of 1/2 pip.

As an example, with IB TWS I can set a limit order for EURUSD at a price of of 1.27935 . On NT the tick is set to 0.0001. When setting an order with a strategy on the order tab will appear a price of 1.2794.

When launching an order I can trade half pips or NT rounds it directly to the next pip? The question in another way: will IB receive and order at a price of 1.27935 or at 1.2794?

Yes, there is a setting available in NinjaTrader for this.
Click Tools > Options > Data tab. There is Quote currencies in: (Pip, Half Pip, Tenth pip).

For IB, you'll want this set to half pip.
