Can´t see a chart

Hi,

if I open the window to see a chart, for example AAPL, the window appears, but there is no chart.
How can I see the chart? Its not loading the chart.

Am I correct you do not load any price bars in the chart window?

Can you please tell me to what data feed provider you connect in NinjaTrader and what interval is selected (minute, tick, day, etc).

Yes, you are correct.
My data feed provider is zen fire. The interval is day.

Unfortunately, Zen-Fire does not support any stock data - it supports futures data only. Please see the link below under 'Understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider' which will list all supported data feed providers and what data they support.

You will need to connect to a data feed provider that supports equity (stock) data. The Kinetick EOD connection which is available by default provides stock data (daily data only).

Please disconnect Zen-Fire and connect to the Kinetick EOD connection. Subsequently create a new daily AAPL chart and check if the requested data is loaded.
