Broker: Is (IB) a good mix for Ninja trader?

I would really appreciate if anyone out there has had direct experience using IB -TWS broker account with Ninja trader if you would be kind enough to give me an honest assessment.
Is IB TWS reliable? Can you trade directly from the NT charts without problems? Does IB support deal with problems in a timely manner? Can one successfully trade the futures and the Forex directly from NT charts? And finally how does IB’s TWS own trading platform perform?
I'm attracted by the idea that one can trade everything from the one account. Even though my title suggests Jr member; I'm anything but junior when it comes to trading as I have just entered my 18th year at this game. I specialised in the futures markets but am for the first time considering the Forex markets simply because of my trading size there is more volume available in FX markets.
If you can speak from experience I would love to hear your opinion on the integration of NT and IB!

IB is horrible

I have been with Interactive brokers for almost 5 years and they are horrible. The slippage are bad but in addition, their customer service is so bad, I can not believe they can get away with that level of service. I too was attracted to the idea of being able to trade futures,forex and equities with one broker. I would give anything to be able to find another reliable broker who offers at least Futures and forex and ability to trade via Ninja trader. If anyone knows of another good broker for futures and forex (and equities if possible), please post your recommendation.

It's been working almost flawlessly for me for the last four years. Both NT and TWS run everyday with no outages. Only problem is the IB server reset at night which conflicts with automated trading.

I think IB's commissions are ok, slippage is acceptable, usually within a tick of the last price. I do not know what IB could do to make this less. I'm in Europe but have good fills in many asian futures. IB customer support could be better. Some issues take days to weeks to be cleared.

I am working with NT and IB for two years trading futures.
Minor issues mostly in esoteric instruments, seem to be in NT using TWS API - I hope with current version those are gone (NT is usually very responsive)
I found IB customer service effective - you can get to chat online and get responses. I had no unresolved issues.
I found the one account to be very convenient.
I do not see systematic bigger slippage or worse fills than 4 other present and past brokers. However, datafeed is not real time. They send out data no more than 3 times a second. So if that is important you should get another feed (and can still trade at IB).
TWS own interface is horrible, yet I rarely have to use it.
