Problem Downloading Charts

When I down load a chart I receive the following message:

Error on loading chart data for "SDS Default': Error in requesting historical data from IB: No security definition has een found for the requestr (200)

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong

Hello rajiv1970,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Highlight the SDS in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit. Check what exchanges are enabled. Make sure the Arca and Default exchanges are enabled.

If need to make changes, please click OK and click OK in the Instrument Manager. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the error persists when you load SDS data.

same problem exists. Has it defaulted to arca and default anyway

Can you please select the Misc-tab and check if you have SDS entered next to 'Interactive Brokers'.

Make sure Currency is set to USDollar in the Definition-tab as well.

Do you receive real-time data if you select the SDS in a Time and Sales window?
