Place trade automatically based on the close of previous candle.

Can you do it with a script, and use same script to place stop, target at same time automatically?

Let's say close price of previous is 1.0000, i can set to place order at close +/- 0.0010, with stop, target of 0.0020 away from entry.

Yes, that would be possible with a NinjaScript strategy, you would for example place a limit order at your desired price point then for the next bar and upon fill of this entry NT would issue your desired stop / target orders.
