receipt dates historical in real time

I use the connection Zen-Fire and this morning I have connected to the hours 10.15 to the FDAX 03 -12. On the graph they have appeared and the data have been being adjourned for the hours 10.15 in then without keeping in mind of today's historian. Have I tried to Reload All to perform the command but have not I gotten the historical data the data of the day acumulati besides they are lost till now how come? thanks.

Thanks for the post onurbbruno, I'm not seeing any issue here with historical and live data access for ZenFire's FDAX 03-12. What NT7 version are you using here?

Would you see the same after a fresh restart of the system and new connection?

To every connection the data in real times on the graph leave again from the instant of connection and not from the hours 08.00 of beginning market. My version of NJ is her/it 7.0.1000.8 (live), the situation doesn't also change after having tried to connect and to disconnect.
