cannot link superdom with charts for price display

I am having problems linking the dynamic superdom with charts for price display. I works for sim account but not for live account.

What behavior are you seeing? Are you using the 'L' button to link the windows, or some other feature?

I am using link button, but do i need to change the account from sim to live in chart trader, to get the prices on chart while switching the accounts and could it be done automatically.

Hi,

Account would have no bearing, but based on the time of day I'd expect that session template does have some bearing.
To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.

• Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
• In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.
