cannot see charts on saved template for other symbols???

I got my chart all set up and customized the way I wanted and then right clicked and saved as default. It was under the symbol GBP/JPY. After I did this any other symbol that I wanted to view would not come up I can see the indicators I had saved but not the candlesticks themselves. No graphs are coming up under any different symbols I type in whether its forex or stocks. Unless I type in the original symbol I had everything saved under which was GBP/JPY. How can I just save the actual settings and indicators I want but view any symbol with these saved settings?

Please provide me with an image of the chart with any other instrument applied.
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

hey kyle thanks for replying so fast. i switched to 60min chart and back to daily again and for some reason it snapped out of it. i have no idea what i did but it is working again i will let you know if it acts up again. as of right now i'm good.
