Unfortunately, there is not currently a way to identify the chart template once a chart has already been opened. I have forwarded this suggestion to our development team and will respond to you with a tracking number once I receive their reply.

Here is what I do to identify the template...

Rename a chart indicator label line with the template name...put this new name in quotes...in the screen shot below the name of this chart template is 1 BB Globex...this will appear at top of the chart then as the template name reminder...now save as your chart template....

I have been requesting this feature for 4 years....STILL NOTHING

Seems like NinjaTrader has been slacking off on making important feature requests. Tradestation did this, too. They suffered the consequences of not being innovative and slow to add important features.

Christopher---your answer is pathetic!!! Not only does it not saying anything but NOPE you can't do it---it offers no workarounds. This is something that people, like myself, have been asking for, for years. Don't be like Microsoft and provide perfectly valid answers that are perfectly useless.

Ninja has got to get their act together. They are losing the innovation that they once had. Seems like NinjaTrader doesn't even put forth much of an effort anymore.
