Variable MultiTimeFrames

Hi guys... I want to use a variable Renko bar size to calculate my MAs on. However, I can't add a data series under another data series as the Add method can only be used under initialize.

Any thoughts on how to get around this?

I just need to be able to update the Renko bar size multiple times per day for the background timeframe moving average calculation.

Hello heyligerb,

For a strategy this is unfortunately not available. Additional series must be hard coded, and a strategies inputs are fixed at the time you enable--can't change while running.

For an indicator, you could use an input for your added series.

Okay... can we slate that for the next revision of Ninja? Would be very helpful I'm sure to a lot of strategies!
