Windows 7 - zenfire - Login failed 10006

i have Windows 7 with 32 bit (and 64 bit too on same machine)
my datafeed zenfire, broker mirus, live account
but i have a problem with access on connection - Login failed 10006
what are the solutions to fix this problem?
ps: on windows xp sp3 my login works ok

Can you please tell me what version of NinjaTrader do you have installed in Windows 7? You can check the NinjaTrader version at Control Center-->Help-->About.

Make sure you have the latest version installed (7.0.1000.8).

You can download and install the latest version from the link below on top of your current version. Make sure NinjaTrader is closed when you install the new version.

Do you perhaps have firewall software running on the Windows 7 computer? Please temporarily disable such software and check if you can get connected.

Can you please send me your log and trace files from the Windows 7 computer.

Please go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Attn Jason, Windows 7 - zenfire - Login failed 10006' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Does the Windows 7 computer connect to the internet the same as the XP computer?

In general having spent 2 hours for the decision of a problem of start NinjaTrader 7 on Windows 7 (after reinstallation) I have found the decision. All business in a line of connection NinjaTrader 7 to server Zen-Fire.

All business in Russian letters in computer "ALEXSTAL-ПК" name. If to rename the computer with use only the English alphabet - that all apprx.
