How to use user defined variables

    I am a newbie.

How do I set a Variable within Strategy Wizard. (not coding)

    eg. set Variable0 to Account Equity / Exchange Rate * 2 / 10000

ie. Open a Position with Variable0 number of units ie. 2% of account equity.

From the help guide, I understand how to use user defined inputs, but I don't understand how to set variables within the wizard condition builder since it only seems to allow comparisons (== > < etc.) and not (* / + -) to set formulas.

    Hello,

Thanks for the forum post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums.

You would want to do this in the Do the following section after you have setup the condition to set the variable. There is a method inside of Misc in the Do The following section to do this.
