Ninjatrader will not start when TT is down

If Connect On Startup is checked for the TT connection, if Ninjatrader is started when TT is down, Ninjatrader hangs forever after showing the splash screen.

If TT fails to connect after some reasonable period of time, Ninjatrader should go on to the next task, rather than waiting forever for the connection to be made and in the meantime not being able to do anything else.

Can you verify that you are using the latest version of NinjaTrader? 7.0.1000.8.
You can check this by going to Help --> About.

What you've described is a limitation of the connect on start up feature as it exists currently. A change here is something which development is looking in to however.

Thank you. I did notice and report this same problem quite some time ago. It is extremely frustrating.

Will a 64 bit adapter be available for the TT connection soon?
