server side OCO orders when using interactive brokers

If one was using interactive brokers with Ninja trader can one build tick charts? Secondly if one was trading directly from Ninja trader charts is there a facility that accommodates server side OCO orders when using interactive brokers?

IB does not offer historical tick data, however you can build tick charts from the point you open a chart forward.

As far as your second question, NinjaTrader would wait for the fill of your entry order and then submit the OCO exit bracket to IB's servers where it would be natively handled.
