Can't connect to PFGBest

I applied a practise account at PFG and have done all step in the connection guide.

then I connect to PFG but the status on NT is always "connecting - PFG"

I checked the log on the PFG trade server interface

shows this repeatedly

Hello kendobrat,

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Attn Jason, Can't connect to PFGBest' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
