Live License

I just checked with Kinetick about the cost of using their services. The cost depends on whether I have a NT live license key or not. The following are extracted from an email:

1. Please forward me the license key you are currently using which can be found under Help-->License key.

2. If you have a Live NinjaTrader license key and a live funded IB account yes you would qualify and the CME E-mini and CBOT E-mini Exchanges would be waived. I have provided a link below that goes over all Exchanges that will be waived.

I am using a free version of NT and I have a license key.
Is license key personal and should not be released out?
Can I tell if it is a LIVE license key?
Should I forward it to Kinetick?

Thanks for your post.

The key can be forwarded on to Kinetick support safely. If the key is a free key, it's likely not a live license key but there should be no issue with Kinetick staff checking in to the key's status to determine how best to serve you.
