Problems Getting MA Plot In Foreground

For some reason I can't get the dotted MA plot to show up on top of price like the other MA. I've followed the instructions in the help file and still can't get it to happen. Thanks for your consideration.

To change the Z-Order please left mouse click on the indicator to select-->Hold down the Shift button-->Scroll your mouse up or down to change.

Hello Chris. Yes, this is the procedure I've always followed. I've attached another image where I've removed all indicators except for the SMA. I still can't get it to plot on top of price. Any ideas?

Never mind Chris. I deleted the chart and started with a new one and things seem to work fine. It seems that the older the chart, the more likely something like this happens.
