T/S Window accuracy

TS window does not seem to reflect accurate above/below offer/bid count as indicated by the properties window.

I assume that the T/S properties set up window allows the user to set the foreground and background colors for every incoming tick that contains a price that was executed above/below the offer/bid. Instead my program sees only a fraction of those same ticks (executed above/below the current quote) as opposed to what is showed in the T/S window. In other words, the program shows that many of these above/below offer/bid ticks reflected in the TS windows are actually quoted either at the current bid or offer not above or below them.

Am I doing something wrong? If there is a genuine inconsistency, then which one is accurate?

I’ve enclosed some screen shots showing one execution that TS claims to have executed above the offer the program shows that same tick executing at the offer, not above it.
