loading index at NINJA

Hi
My ninja is connecting TD, Yahoo and Kieniket. I am able to load index (such as CCITR or DBENIX) on my TD trading platform, however, on the ninja could not load this index( CCITR or DBENIX) at all.
can any one help to solve this problem?

PS: The Ninja shows me the error message " error on loading chart data for DBENIX defaut. error -response too short{2d){20}

Hi,

Please open the Instrument Manager by clicking Tools > Instrument Manager.
In the manager, select DBENIX from the list on the left, then click Edit to load the Instrument Editor.

In the editor, check the NYSE exchange, then click OK to exit the Instrument Editor. Next, click OK to exit the Instrument Manager.

Restart NinjaTrader.

Add DBENIX to your default instrument list with NYSE selected as it's exchange: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...ment_lists.htm

Finally, try opening a new chart and tell me if the same error triggers.

but the problem is I could not find the DBENIX ticker under the search function. Which means DBENIX does not exist.
However i can load it from TD trading platform
please help this problem

Hi,

Based on the error, that instrument should be available.

Please set the 'type' menu to Index, then run another search for just the character 'D'.
Do you find the instrument now?

i still could not find the ticker in any type DBENIX
but i did find it in the TOS, what happen cause me could find it from NINJA while I connect to TOS
