    Problems starting NT with MBTrading

    I have been having problems starting NT with MBTrading connection.
    Problem has appeared since NT 7.0.1000.8 release. No problems with prior release.
    Symptoms:
    1. Log in can fail. I get error message "Unable to connect to perms". It does this some times, not all the time. Connecting prior to market session may key.
    2. After a successful log in, intraday data for the current day is not on chart. The chart has to be manually reloaded.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

        I am having the same problem. I have to refresh the data and it is hanging on some charts

            No MBTrading provider connection....

            Hello,

            When I try and create a new connection for MB Trading they are not in my provider list. How can they be added? Both the 32bit and 64bit have them missing as a provider.

            I have a live account with MB Trading, and a licensed version of NT 7 which I use with Mirus Futures.

              Hello,

              If you are licensed to use with Mirus Futures/Zen-Fire, you will not have access to MBT as a provider under a single broker license key.

              Can you please email sales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your current license key and reference this thread.
