Logging into GAIN from NT

I am trying to log into my live Gain account from a demo version of NT. I get an error "Login Failed: Unable to log into the GAIN API. Check user name and password. GAIN error message: "Authentication problem, Do I know you? Perhaps we have not been introduced."

I contacted GAIN and they told me I should ask NT about it? Is thios because I am using a demo key?

That is correct. You have to use the "Live" mode when setting up a GAIN connection. If you do not have access to this, then please request a live GAIN only license key from our website "Purchase" section.

My existing prod key did not work

I have a prod key that I obtained as I am a GAIN customer, and comes free with trading access through to GAIN. So I should not have to purchase a new key. Can someone mail me a key that will work so I can test the connection?
