TWS- NT7 Problem (FA accounts)

I am using a Family and Friends account in InteractiveBrokers.

Today I received this message (see screenshot below). I also read this message:

I'm not sure I understand correctly, this means that all versions of the TWS now have the same problem?

There is a version that does not present this problem to continue working after 31 December?

Which version should I install to continue working with an FA account in IB?
